My client wants me to do a faux finish on her plastic plantation shutters. What shall I use to keep the finish from peeling? What kind of primer shall I use?

Prime Etch. As it dries clear, you might want to do a second coat to make sure you didn't miss anything. It can be thinned A LOT so using it with a sprayer is easy.
